Delhi to provide 450 different types of medical diagnostics for free from January 1st
The PTI reported that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has given nod to a health department proposal for making 238 more tests free of cost at hospitals and Mohalla Clinics.
Beginning on January 1, the Arvind Kejriwal administration in Delhi will offer 450 different medical tests without charge at its clinics and hospitals.
There are currently 212 medical tests that are offered by the Delhi government without charge.

In support of the PTI report, Kejriwal stated that the goal of his administration is to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality health care and education, regardless of their economic status.
He took to Twitter and wrote, "Providing good quality health and education to all, irrespective of anyone’s economic status, is our mission. Healthcare has become very expensive. Many people can’t afford private healthcare. This step will help all such people."

According to an official announcement released on Saturday, the 12 zones are: Civil Lines, Rohini, Najafgarh, Narela, Keshavpuram, West Zone, Sadar, Karol Bagh, Shahdara North, Central, South, and Shahdara South.
